PAYMENT

for smaller, cheaper pieces such as headshots or busts, payment is to be made after the sketch. for larger, more expensive pieces, half the payment is to be made before the start of the piece, and the other half to be paid after the completion of the sketch. i do not do payment plans.

REFUNDS

i do not offer refunds for any reason. once payment is made, the piece is final and nonrefundable.

RESPECT

i am a single person working on each piece and will demand basic respect. i am not a sweat shop, and i am not comparable to a corporate company. If i am disrespected or belittled by you while working on your piece, i will give you your commission in the current state of completion, put you on a blacklist, and you will not be refunded.

Updates

i will not reach out to you for updates unless i am avidly working on your piece. if you wish for an update, please feel free to reach out to me any time, and i will respond within due time. with that being said, please do not flood my dms with unnecessary requests for an update. i cannot give you and update every single hour, or every single day, one update per week (if needed) is more than enough.updates on your piece are available through my trello and are updated regularly.

Rights

you have the right to use your commission for any reason other than to sell for your own profit (such as merch, etc.) so long as you credit me as the artist.

Adopts & YCH's

once you have adopted one of my characters, you have all rights to that character. unless you have invested more art or projects into that character, do not resell my art for a higher price then you had purchased it for.you have my permission to use my ych's for adopts or profit. once you have purchased one of my ych's you are free to do whateber you wish with the base so long as i am credited as the original artist for the base
